Driven by an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, Chef Thierry Mounon embarked on a transformative journey. With experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and a passion for French gastronomy, he arrived in Vietnam in 2008. There, he showcased his talent in the kitchens of a luxurious five-star property. In 2010, Chef Thierry and his wife, Mrs. Tina Trang Pham, unveiled their masterpiece – La Villa French Restaurant. This establishment earned the prestigious Michelin-selected title in 2023, reflecting their dedication to delivering an authentic French bistrot experience. Inspired by this triumph, Chef Thierry now presents La Fontaine French Bistrot, a sublime expression of his culinary artistry.
